Returns Policy

If you wish to return any products purchased directly from Organically Epic, please contact us within 14 days of invoice or payment. We will only provide refunds upon receiving the returned goods accompanied by a receipt and are unopened, provided that Organically Epic were contacted within the 14 day time frame. Once received, the price of the product will be refunded, excluding postage. The above also applies to Wholesalers and Stockists.
